NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated March 8, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-012492 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Charles D. Amstutz a/k/a Charles D. Amstuz and Karen Lee Amstutz a/k/a Karen Lee Amstuz, His Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M., on April 10, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 17, LAKEWOOD RANCH COUNTRY CLUB VILLAGE, SUBPHASE C, UNIT 1A, ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN PLAT AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGES 189 THROUGH 196, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
