NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated FEBRUARY 27, 2012, and entered in Case No. 41-2008-CA-003712-DIV B, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A is Plaintiff and LANDIRO A. VASCONCELLOS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LANDIRO A. VASCONCELLOS, IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMEDED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT9S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; are defendants. EAST AND 13.0 FEET EAST OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 27, BLOCK “B” OF SAID LA SELVA PARK SUBDIVISION: THENCE S 90 00` 00” W, FOR A DISTANCE OF 88.00 FEET ALONG SAID NORTH RIGHT -OF- WAY LINE TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE ALONG SAID NORTH RIGHT - OF -WAY LINE S 90 00` 00” W. A DISTANCE OF 75.0 FEET TO THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 30; THENCE N 00 12` 37”E ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT 30 FOR A DISTANCE OF 137.86 FEET; THENCE S 89 52` 18” E ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT 30, A DISTANCE OF 50.00 FEET TO THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 30; THENCE S 69 31` 09”E ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT 29, A DISTANCE OF 26.58 FEET; THENCE S 00 12` 37” W, FOR A DISTANCE OF 128.45 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING , ALL LYING AND BEING IN SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST , MANATEE COUNTY , FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
