NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed March 5, 2012, and entered in Case No. 41-2008-CA-010940, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is Plaintiff and VICTORINE HINGER-CAMPBELL and ___________ HINGER-CAMPBELL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VICTORINE HINGER-CAMPBELL, if married; DAVID B. CAMPBELL; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., acting solely as nominee for COUNTRYWIDE BANK, FSB; SABAL BAY ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 5 day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 6-3, PHASE 4, SABAL BAY, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2011, AT PAGES 7150 THROUGH 7241, INCLUSIVE, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THEREAFTER, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 33, AT PAGES 96 THROUGH 106, INCLUSIVE, AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
