Adkins a/k/a Christopher Adkins are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on June 6, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:

TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN 2005, SUMMIT MANUFACTURED HOME, VIN# H214155GL & VIN# H214155GR, MANUFACTURED HOME, WHICH IS PERMANENTLY AFFIXED TO THE ABOVE DESCRIBED LANDS. AS SUCH IT IS DEEMED TO BE A FIXTURE AND A PART OF THE REAL ESTATE.
