NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Order Restting Foreclosure Sale entered on March 9, 2012 in case number 2011 CA 1318 of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit Court in and for Manatee County, Florida wherein Manatee Oaks Homeowners Association Inc is the plaintiff and Samuel E Sen Aguilar is the defendant. I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the internet at http://www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on the 11h day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
