Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 12, 2012, entered in Civil Case Number 2010-CA-002323, in the Circuit Court for Manatee County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is the Plaintiff, and THOMAS H. HOUCK, JR., et al., are the Defendants, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
BEGIN 75 FEET EASTERLY FROM THE SW CORNER OF LOT 15, BLOCK 14, PALMA SOLA PARK, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGES 122 AND 123, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; PROCEED WESTERLY ALONG LOT LINE 75 FEET TO SW CORNER OF SAID LOT 15; THENCE 179.3 FEET NORTHERLY ALONG WESTERLY LINE TO NW CORNER OF SAID LOT 15; THENCE EASTERLY ALONG LOT LINE 60.0 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE SOUTHERLY 93.0 FEET TO AN IRON PIPE, SAID IRON PIPE BEING ON A LINE PARALLEL TO AND 75 FEET THEREFROM THE WESTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 15, A DISTANCE OF 100.0 FEET FROM THE POINT OF BEGINNING, THENCE RUN SOUTHERLY 100.0 FEET ALONG SAID LINE 75 FEET THEREFROM AND PARALLEL TO WESTERLY LINE OF LOT 15, TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 13th day of June, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
