NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MARCH 5, 2012, and entered in 41 2011 CA 008225 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida , wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is the Plaintiff and ROBERT J. BEEMAN A/K/A ROBERT BEEMAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERT J. BEEMAN A/K/A ROBERT BEEMAN; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on APRIL 5, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 1/2 OF LOT 291 AND ALL OF LOT 292, OF ROSEDALE MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 89, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
