NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MARCH 5, 2012, and entered in 41 2011 CA 005036 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida , wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR ARGENT SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERIFICATES, SERIES 2005-W2, is the Plaintiff and JASON ANGERSOLL; TERRI J. ANGERSOLL; ARGENT MORTGAGE COMPANY, LLC; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on APRIL 5, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGIN 25 FEET SOUTH AND 412 FEET EAST OF THE NW CORNER OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST FOR THE POINT OF BEGINNING OF THE LAND CONVEY, THENCE EAST 70 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 140; WEST 70 FEET; THENCE NORTH 140 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, AL LYIG AND BEING IN MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
