Consuegra, 9204 King Palm Drive, Tampa, FL 33619-1328, telephone (813) 915-8660, facsimile (813) 915-0559, within thirty days of the first publication of this Notice, the nature of this proceeding being a suit for foreclosure of mortgage against the following described property, to wit:
Lot 373, MILL CREEK SUBDIVISION, PHASE III, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 25, Pages 19 through 26, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
If you fail to file your answer or written defenses in the above proceeding, on plaintiff's attorney, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or petition.
