Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 12, 2012 entered in Civil Case No.: 2009 CA 011303 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Bradenton, Florida, Karen E. Rushing will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 am on the 13 day of April, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 73 AND THE EAST 21 FEET OF LOT 74, BLOCK G, GOLFVIEW PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 102, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
