NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated the 8th day of March, 2012 and entered in Civil Action Number: 2011-CA-007666 in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF THE OZARKS, as Successor in Interest and Assignee of FDIC, as Receiver for HORIZON BANK is the Plaintiff, and THOMASON & THOMASON, LC, a Florida limited liability company, ELIZABETH L.
