Lot 39, PERIDIA, UNIT THREE, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 23, Page(s) 100, of the Public Records of Manatee Country, Florida.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to Plaintiff's attorney, Kelly Martinez Fernandez, Esq., Hankin, Persson, Davis, McClenathen & Darnell, 1820 Ringling Blvd., Sarasota, Florida 34236 on or before thirty (30) days from the first date of publication, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
