NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 16, 2012 and entered in Case No. 41-2010-CA-000131 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FORMERLY KNOWN AS WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA is the Plaintiff and SHARON TRESSLER; ELAINE E RAYNOR A/K/A ELAINE R RAYNOR; IBERIABANK SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CENTURY BANK, FSB; FIRST FEDERAL BANK OF FLORIDA SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO FLAGSHIP NATIONAL BANK; VILLAGER ASSOCIATION, OF MANATEE COUNTY; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 17th day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
VILLA APARTMENT (CONDOMINIUM UNIT) NO. 48 OF THE PLAT OF VILLAGER APARTMENTS CONDOMINIUM, UNIT 5, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 412, PAGE 283, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 85, TOGETHER WITH A 2.94 PERCENTAGE SHARE OF THE ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND A PERPETUAL AND NON EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT IN COMMON WITH, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ALL OTHER OWNERS OF UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE IMPROVEMENTS UPON THE LAND ABOVE DESCRIBED FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS AND USE OF ALL PUBLIC PASSAGEWAYS, AS WELL AS COMMON AREAS AND FACILITIES UPON THE ABOVE DESCRIBED LAND.
