NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 22nd day of February, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2008-CA-007850ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff and DELSETA FAIRWEATHER A/K/A DELSETA L. CLARKE A/K/A DELSETA CLARKE A/K/A DELSETA L. FAIRWEATHER; GTE FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; DEBBIE-ANN J. CHIN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DEBBIE-ANN J. CHIN; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 4th day of April, 2012, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to a judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with chaper 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, IN BLOCK 22, OF LEXINGTON OAKS VILLAGES 18, 19 AND 20, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, AT PAGE 80 THROUGH 86, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
