NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 24th day of February, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-002628WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and CHARLES PAYNTER; CINDY LOU PAYNTER A/K/A CINDY L. PAYNTER; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 9th day of April, 2012, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to a judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with chaper 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
