NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 24th day of February, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2008-CA-006885WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE UNDER POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF APRIL 1, 2006 MORGAN STANLEY CAPITAL I INC TRUST 2006 HE2 MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE2 is the Plaintiff and MARLEN CONWAY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR DECISION ONE MORTGAGE COMPANY, LLC; ROBERT CONWAY; JANE DOE N/K/A PATRICIA BURR; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 9th day of April, 2012, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to a judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with chaper 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 169, WEST PORT SUBDIVISION UNIT THREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 9 AND 10, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
