NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 21, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 2010-CA-006779-NC (A) of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC, Plaintiff, and VITO A. LAUDICINA; REBECCA J. LAUDICINA; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE , WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; THE VENICE GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR HOMECOMINGS FINANCIAL, LLC; VENICE GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB, #1, INC.; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendants.
KAREN E. RUSHING, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 27th day of March, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 429, VENICE GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB, UNIT NO. III A 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGES 13, 13A THROUGH 13D, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
