NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 8, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2011-CC-003303-ES of the County Court OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein TALIA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and DENNIS L. MCKINNEY, JR., Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: at http://pasco.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 11:00 a.m., on the 11th day of April, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 2162, Building G of TALIA, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium dated October 17, 1984 and recorded in Official Record Book 1385, Page 1881, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. the street address of which is: 39132 County Rd 54 E., #2162 Zephyrhills, FL, 33542.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
