NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 6, 2012, entered in the above captioned action, CASE NO. 2009 CA 001344 NC, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale beginning at 9:00 a.m. at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, on July 3, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
LOT 22 AND THE NORTHERLY 20 FEET OF LOTS 23 AND 24, COMBINED, BLOCK I, REVISED PLAT OF POINSETTIA PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 180 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 Days after the sale.
