WELLS FARGO BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE, FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-NC3 ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is Plaintiff and CINDY SHAMBLEN; GARY SHAMBLEN; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 11th day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 129, TURTLE LAKES UNIT 3, PHASE 1, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGES 107 AND 108, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS AND EXCEPT THE SOUTHERLY 1.00 FEET THEREOF, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGIN AT THE MOST EASTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT, THENCE SOUTH 48º 52'40 WEST, ALONG THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF SAID LOT, A DISTANCE OF 119.72 FEET; THENCE NORTH 44º 21'15” WEST 1.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 48º 52' 40” EAST, 119.78 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 41º 07' 20” EAST 1.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
