Vaske and Patricia Vaske, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems as nominee for Lehman Brothers Bank, FSB, Unknown Tenant #1 and Unknown Tenant #2, that on April 2, 2012, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in at the Clerk's website for on-line auctions www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:
