NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 9th day of March, 2012, and entered in Case No. 07-04783, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CERTIFICATE HOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I LLC, ASSET BACKED-CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-EC1 is the Plaintiff and MARK A. EVANS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARY K EVANS; JANE DOE N/K/A MRS. EVANS; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 9th day of April, 2012, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to a judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with chaper 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 570, OF THE LAKES UNIT THREE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGES 20 THROUGH 22, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
