NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 27th day of February, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 011429 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA NA is the Plaintiff and LYNN YETTA ELKES; WHITE SANDS VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LYNN YETTA ELKES; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A DICK CHAPMAN; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 30th day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 110, WHITE SANDS VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1223, PAGES 1202 TO 1236, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUMS BOOK 10, PAGES 33 AND 33A THROUGH 33D, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
