NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 23rd day of February, 2012, and entered in Case No. Case No. 58-2008-CA-015341, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein INDYMAC FEDERAL BANK, F.S.B. is the Plaintiff and GERALD J. AXELROD; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GERALD J. AXELROD; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell the property to the highest and best bidder for cashelectronically at www.sarasota.realfor eclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 29th day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 72, SPRINGS OAKS, UNIT II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 29, PAGE 47 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
