BANKUNITED is Plaintiff and ANNASTACIA MARIE MCCONNELL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANNASTACIA MARIE MCCONNELL; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 12 day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 24, BLOCK 267, FIRST ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 29, 29A THROUGH 29J, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
