NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 12th day of March, 2012 and entered in Case No. 09-CC-4507-ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida wherein PARADISE LAKES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and LARRY G. BOYD is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online via the internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 16th day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 4, BUILDING E, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINUM PLAT OF PARADISE LAKES RESORT, CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 20, PAGES 86 THROUGH 94, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED NOVEMBER 15, 1981, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1159, PAGES 1382 THROUGH 1478, AND RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1160, PAGES 0296 THROUGH 0392 INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
