HOUSER III; TENANT #1 N/K/A MELISSA DENISAR, and TENANT #2 N/K/A MATTHEW DENISAR are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 30th day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
