NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 6, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-CC-005755, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein HICKORY LAKE ESTATES OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is Plaintiff, and BOHDAN J. HORBACZUK, and UNKNOWN TENANT are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, Room 202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602 on the 20 day of April, 2012, at 2 p.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 14, Block 1, HICKORY LAKES PHASE 2, according to the Plat recorded in Plat Book 82 page 71 as recorded in the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida; said land situate, lying and being in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
