Notice is given that pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 23, 2011 and the Amended Order to Schedule Judicial Sale Date dated March 13, 2012, entered in Case 2010 CA 6632 NC of the Circuit Court of the Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, in which Regions Bank, is the Plaintiff,and JON KLEIBER, IRIS KLEIBER, JON KLEIBER REAL ESTATE, INC., a Florida corporation, THE PALMER BUILDING CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida corporation, are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 12th day of April, 2012 at 9:00 a.m., at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the following-described properties set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure:
GRANT OF MORTGAGE. For valuable consideration, Grantor mortgages to Lender all of Grantor's right, title and interest in and to the following described real property, together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed building, improvements and fixtures;, all easements, rights of way, and appurtenances; all water, water rights, watercourses and ditch rights (including stock in utilities with ditch or irrigation rights); and all other rights, royalties, and profits relating to the real property, including without limitation all minerals, oils, gas, geothermal and similar matters, (the “Real Property”) located in Sarasota County, State of Florida:
UNIT 1, OF THE PALMER BUILDING, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT NO. 2004073824, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 6050 Palmer, Sarasota, Florida 34231.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS
