NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure (“Final Judgment”) dated March 13, 2012 and entered in Case No. 10-CA-012767-NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein, Springleaf Home Equity, Inc. is the Plaintiff, and Susan M. Olsen and Richard D. Olsen are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 18th day of April, 2012, at 9:00 a.m. online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
