Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a final judgment of foreclosure in the above-captioned action, The Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as follows:
Lot 2 and the South 175.5 feet of Lot 4, Humphrey's, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page(s) 6, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, less and except that portion conveyed under Clerks #2010045855.
at public sale, in the presence of the Plaintiff, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, on the 12th day of April, 2012, at 9:00 a.m., pursuant to the terms of the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure and in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
