NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated March 9, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-012042-NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein American Home Mortgage Servicing, Inc., Plaintiff and Ralph A. Vitale, as Trustee of the Pine Meadow Land Trust U/A dated January 17, 2006 and Michael T. Johnson a/k/a Michael Johnson are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 9:00 A.M., on April 23, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 28, PINE MEADOW SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGES 17 AND 17A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
