NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated March 9, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-005393-NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein JPMC Specialty Mortgage LLC, Plaintiff and Paul J. Cardamone and Eliett S. Cardamone, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M., on April 9, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:

SUBJECT TO A TEN FOOT EASEMENT OVER THE SOUTH 10 FEET OF LOT 6 FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS TO LOTS 7, 8 AND 9, AND TOGETHER WITH A 10 FOOT EASEMENT OVER THE NORTH 10 FEET OF LOTS 8 AND 9 AND THE SOUTH 10 FEET OF LOT 7.
