NOTICE IS HEREBY given that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered in the above-entitled cause in the Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, using the following method:
By electronic sale beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on the 9th day of April, 2012, that certain parcel of real property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as follows:
Unit 7 of THE ASHTON AT ASHTON COURT, A COMMERCIAL CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Instrument No. 2005195392 of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
