NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 6th day of March, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011CA008946NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is the Plaintiff and HARRY GIBSON A/K/A HARRY C. GIBSON; LINDA GIBSON; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 9th day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, IN BLOCK “L”, OF PLAT OF AVION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 112, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
