ASCHERMAN; MAYRA A. ORTA; STATE FARM MUTUAL AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE COMPANY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR DIRECT CAPITAL CORPORATION; CAPITAL ONE BANK(USA) N.A. F/K/A CAPITAL ONE BANK ; W.S.
