NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated March 6, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 10-CA-002146, DIVISION: H, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC. is Plaintiff, and GABRIELA BORREGO, ET AL. are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM, on the 2nd Floor of the George Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida, 33602, on the 12 day of April, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 5805-303, OF ALLEGRO PALMS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16173, PAGE 1823, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
with the Street address of: 5805 LEGACY CRESCENT PL, #303, RIVERVIEW, FL 33569.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
