A portion of Lot 20, BELLEFIELD VILLAGE AMENDED, as recorded in Plat Book 54, Page 21, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, all lying in Section 17, Township 28 South, Range 18 East, explicitly described as follows:
Commence at the Westernmost corner of said Lot 20; thence South 61°44'34” East, a distance of 174.67 feet to a Point of Beginning; thence North 28°15'26” East, a distance of 90.00 feet; thence South 61°44'34” East, a distance of 40.33 feet; thence South 28°15'26” West, a distance of 75.36 feet to a point on a curve concave Southeasterly having a radius of 37.00 feet and a central angle of 27°45'44”; thence on the arc of said curve a distance of 17.93 feet, said arc subtended by a chord which bears South 62°42'30” West, a distance of 17.75 feet to the curve's end; thence North 61°44'34” West, a distance of 30.29 feet to the Point of Beginning.
