NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 6th day of March, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 008731 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK N.A. is the Plaintiff and ARTHUR L TURRELL A/K/A ARTHUR TURRELL; PNC BANK; NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A NATIONAL CITY BANK; SUZANNE DAMERON; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 9th day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 91 PAVER PARK ESTATES ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5 PAGE 49 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
