Edgecomb Courthouse - 800 E. Twiggs St., Tampa, FL 33602 for the following described property:
UNIT 12205 OF GRAND KEY, A LUXURY CONDOMINIUM NKA GRAND KEY A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15002, AT PAGE(S) 458-553, AND IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 19 AT PAGE 291, OF THE Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
