LOT 11, BLOCK 27, SOUTH POINTE PHASE 7, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 91, PAGE 62, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 12311 HAWKEYE POINT PLACE, RIVERVIEW, FL 33569; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 201/202 Tampa, Florida, on April 13, 2012 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
