NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 19, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 007078 NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE LXS 2006-2N TRUST FUND (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and CHRISTOPHER JORDAN; BRENDAN D. JORDAN A/K/A BRENDAN JORDAN; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. ACTING SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC.; JANE DOE N/K/A DOUGLAS GOOLE; JOHN DOE N/K/A JACK GOOLE, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 23rd day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 12806 AND 12807, OF SOUTH VENICE, UNIT 49, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, AT PAGE 13, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA .
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
