NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, will on the 12th day of April 2012, at 10:00 am on the 2nd Floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Hillsborough County, Florida:
The East 82.5 feet of the West 940.5 feet of the South 261.5 feet of the North 1971.8 feet of Government Lot 2 in Section 19, Township 30 South, Range 20 East lying and being in Hillsborough County, Florida.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered March 05, 2012 in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
