NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, will on the 5 day of July 2012, at 10:00 a.m. at the on the 2nd Floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Hillsborough County, Florida:
Lot 12, Block 3, WOODBRIDGE AT ROCKY CREEK, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 47, page 31, Public Records of Hillsborough county, Florida, together with that portion of that certain tract designated at “Park” on the plat of WOODBRIDGE AT ROCKY CREEK, as recorded in Plat Book 47, Page 31, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida a vacated by resolution being recorded in OR Book 3619 Pages 975 through 978 Public Records of Hillsborough county, Florida, lying between the western prolongation of the north property line and the western prolongation of the south property line of Lot 12 Block 3 of WOODBRIDGE AT ROCKY CREEK, Reserving unto Hillsborough County a drainage easement over all that part heretofore described. Also reserving an easement and ingress and egress to Southwest Florida Water Management District.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered 3/1/2012 2:45:00 PM in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
