notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated February 20, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-002898 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association, as Successor by Merger to LaSalle Bank, National Association, as Trustee for Certificateholders of Bear Stearns Asset-Backed Securities I, LLC, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-HE3, Plaintiff, and Ian T. Nabbs and Matosha D. Nabbs, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE Atrium ON THE 1st Floor AT the Collier County Courthouse, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on April 18, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE EAST 75 FEET OF THE EAST 150 FEET OF TRACT 39, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 30, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 58, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
