notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated March 16, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-005621 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York As Trustee For The Certificateholders Luminent Mortgage Trust 2006-1 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-1, Plaintiff and Alejandro Correa and Elena Correa, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE Atrium ON THE 1st Floor AT the Collier County Courthouse, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on April 16, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE WEST 165 FEET OF TRACT 82, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT NO. 3, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 77 AND 78, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
