notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated March 16, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-008352 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as Trustee for the Certificateholders of Carrington Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2007-FRE1 Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Plaintiff and Esperante-Jean Adelson and Yvon Adelson, Wife and Husband are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE Atrium ON THE 1st Floor AT the Collier County Courthouse, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on April 16, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE WEST 105' AT TRACT 103, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 39, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
