notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated February 20, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-001087 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, NA, as Trustee for WaMu Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-PR2 Trust, Plaintiff and Dean Gross are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE Atrium ON THE 1st Floor AT the Collier County Courthouse, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on April 18, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 2502, PHASE 25, THE PRESERVE AT THE SHORES AT BERKSHIRE LAKES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2594, PAGE 1409, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
