Notice is hereby GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 19, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 11-cc-1425 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in the Atrium, First Floor, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 18 day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 9104, Botanical Place, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 3933, Page 2592, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with the exclusive use of Carport No. CP-58.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
