Notice is hereby GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 19, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 11-cc-2747 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in the Atrium, First Floor, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 16th day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 242, AUTUMN WOODS, UNIT THREE, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 31, Pages 61 through 64, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
